Search Engine Marketing Professionals of Portland (SEMpdx) is a local community of digital marketing professionals whose mission is to “build national credibility for Portland as a hub for the search engine marketing industry.” At LegalRev, we take great pride in supporting this mission and abiding by its code of ethics.
Our founder and CEO, Darin Fenn, is on the board of directors for SEMpdx and is responsible for managing its sponsorships. Members of our staff routinely attend sponsored events throughout the year, such as January’s Star Wars-themed Content Strategy & Copywriting event (an awesome experience, and one in which the force was clearly with us).
As great as Star Wars is, however, the event we’re most excited to attend (not to mention sponsor) is just around the corner. That’s right, we’re talking about the annual SearchFest conference. Held at the Sentinel Hotel in Portland, this event consists of 10 hours of informative learning tracks, workshops and panels alongside SEM professionals. This year’s SearchFest will be held on Thursday, March 10th from 7:30am to 6:00pm, and will conclude with an after party lasting until 10:00pm.
